About The Position

TBEI - Lake Crystal is a cutting-edge manufacturer of Class 3-8 truck bodies and truck and trailer hoists, with an emphasis on municipal and utility applications. We are currently looking to add Paint Prep Operators! We offer starting pay up to $23 per hour and a $1000 Retention Bonus .

Requirements

• Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 pounds through regular heavy physical exertion including, but not limited to, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Use of overhead hoists requires ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and work in various positions for several hours at a time; mostly on concrete, ladders and in dump bodies.
• Ability to read and perform basic date entry.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and grinding truck bodies, hoists and fabricated parts.
• Elector cleaning stainless steel truck bodies and fabricated parts.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
