Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to create alternative solutions to problems.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift.

Responsibilities

  • Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
  • Load and unload all parts on jigs while the line is running.
  • Monitor schedule to ensure correct parts are loaded.
  • Wipe down and prepare parts to be painted.
  • Check for quality defects, remove all bad parts, and document.
  • Ensure parts are set up correctly to be painted.
  • Remove painted parts off the line and place in crates.
  • Pick parts to be scanned and labeled.
  • Scan parts and enter into computer system.
  • Accurately pack and label boxes for shipping.
  • Record operational or production data.
  • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
  • Clean production equipment and work areas.
