Paint Mixer and Booth Loader
About The Position
Paint Mixing: Accurately prepares, blends, and matches paint colors by measuring pigments, resins, and solvents according to established formulas. Operates mixing machinery, performs quality checks to ensure proper color and consistency, manages paint inventory, and maintains a clean and safe work area. Loading/Unloading: Hangs raw parts onto the paint booth line and removes finished parts, ensuring proper orientation and spacing to achieve consistent coating quality. Preparation: Cleans, degreases, masks, and bags surfaces that should not be painted, following all quality standards and process requirements. Additional Duties: Assists with 5S activities in the body shop and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements
- 1+ years of paint and/or equivalent vehicle repair experience.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
