Haworth is currently looking for a 2nd Shift Paint Line Operator/Loader to join our team in Holland. The 2nd Shift schedule is from 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime from 2:00pm-12:00am, Monday-Friday, and potential Saturdays from 2:00pm-10:00pm. An alternative later start for the 2nd shift is from 2:45pm-10:45pm, with overtime from 2:45pm-12:45am and potential Saturdays from 2:45pm-10:45pm. The role involves running the paint line, maintaining stock of raw paint materials and chemicals, preparing the line for product runs, and monitoring the painting process to ensure complete paint coverage. The operator will also troubleshoot problems based on experience with equipment.
