About The Position

The position involves loading and unloading paint lines, masking ports, caulking, counting parts, cleaning the area, and maintaining a safe environment. The role requires maintaining material flow within job assignments as directed by the supervisor and assisting in various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Complete Company forklift training if applicable.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material flow within job assignment and as directed by supervisor.
• Assist areas with masking, loading/unloading lines, caulking, wipe down, etc. as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Report labor and job data accurately.
• Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.
