The position involves assisting in the preparation and delivery of finished products. The major responsibilities include ensuring proper surface preparation prior to painting, ensuring paint application meets the paint standard, loading and unloading parts/components to be painted, using hand tools to uninstall/install components and prepare them for painting, performing rework and repair tasks, conducting filter maintenance, performing quality checks, utilizing proper safety techniques, and using and conducting proper care of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role may also involve working in the shot blast area, maintaining daily time records, and following established safety and quality policies, procedures, and practices. Other job duties may be assigned and can vary by location.
