About The Position

The Paint Line Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by loading and unloading parts on the paint line, assisting with packing finished products, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical activity, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to cross-train in packing and general production support functions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to [insert weight, e.g., 40–50 lbs], with or without reasonable accommodation
• Repetitive use of hands and arms during loading, unloading, and packing tasks
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and industrial equipment
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection

• Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal parts onto and off the paint/coating line according to production schedules and work instructions
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage before and after the coating process
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment or storage
• Perform basic visual inspections of finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of the paint line area, including routine housekeeping and organization
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe material-handling practices
• Support cross-training efforts and assist in other production areas as needed
• Communicate issues related to quality, safety, or equipment to supervisors promptly
