About The Position

Coordinate paint line loading and unloading schedules to meet delivery requirements. Communicate regularly with team members, MCs, PCs, and Scheduling. Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate part counts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience OR technical degree + 1–2 years.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read English instructions and write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to use tape measures, calipers, scales, and other measuring tools.
  • Strong teamwork, time‑management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Standard Work following operator instructions and training.
  • Complete tasks per manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Meet or exceed department efficiency goals
  • Complete quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Perform problem solving, containment, and in-process documentation.
  • Use Spacesaver’s ERP system to start/stop shop orders and report quantities.
  • Oversee bundling operations and verify accurate bundled quantities.
  • Complete all packing paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Report defective materials and maintenance needs.
  • Understand and practice 5S.
  • Train team members on bundling procedures.
  • Monitor bundling processes and report improvement opportunities.
  • Apply shipping and weight labels; ensure proper placement and traceability.
  • Scan products to skids and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow all safety policies and proper ergonomic practices.
  • Be available for overtime as needed
