About The Position

The Paint Helper position in the Paint Dept. is a Non-Exempt role that reports to the Paint Lead/Production Supervisor. This role involves knowing all operations and safety procedures of the paint booth, performing metal finishing using powered hand tools and a dry ice blaster, installing and removing paint masking, and operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Requirements

• Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, assembly prints, packing lists, shop orders, and other written correspondence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in a production environment
• Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE)
• Global Harmonization System Training (GHS)
• Lock Out- Tag Out Training (LOTO)
• Forklift and Overhead Crane Certification

Responsibilities
