Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders. 3rd shift: Monday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Overtime as business needs require on Fridays and Saturdays 3rd shift starting pay: $18.00/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium) JOB PURPOSE: Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product for the Paint Department. JOB DUTIES: Operates various types of caterpillar product SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE Perform material handling and warehousing functions Moves and stores prime product from production line to storage Ability to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instruction Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents Ability to train others in Standard Work Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition Ability to safely move prime product in to confined areas and secure for transportation Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor Must be able to work in tight spaces Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver license
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
  • Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces
  • Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
  • Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

Nice To Haves

  • Caterpillar product knowledge SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE
  • At least 6 months of experience truck loading and securement
  • Some experience operating heavy machinery preferably SSL/CTL/MTL

Responsibilities
