As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our 2nd Shift Paint Department. What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll work with our multi-station paint line to ensure steel components are properly finished and meet our high-quality standards. Here’s how you’ll contribute: You will use a variety of different hooking mechanisms to assist in hanging steel beams on the paint line. · You will help guide the crane operator to the preferred hanging points. · Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards. · Ensure that load bars are staged to meet the machines' maximum production ability. · Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing. · Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Prior experience on a paint line in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
