About The Position

About the Opportunity Join a rapidly growing pain management group serving the Venice and Port Charlotte communities in Southwest Florida. We're seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to deliver comprehensive interventional pain care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 annually, plus performance bonuses Benefits Include: 100% employer-paid physician healthcare coverage 60% employer-paid coverage for family members 401(k) with employer match Dental and vision insurance Performance-based bonus structure Partnership track eligibility after 2 years Position Highlights You'll work Monday through Friday in an outpatient practice setting with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. This established practice offers a steady referral base and the opportunity to perform the full scope of interventional pain management procedures, including spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump placements. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have an MD or DO with Anesthesiology residency training and a completed ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine is required, along with a Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and DEA licensure.
  • Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced interventional procedures including epidural injections, facet interventions, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator implants, and intrathecal pump placements.
  • Conduct comprehensive pain evaluations and developing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and specialists to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining current knowledge of pain management innovations and best practices.
