About The Position

Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Bullhead City, AZ (New Grads Welcome) Silver Creek Medical Associates, a physician-owned interventional pain management practice based in Bullhead City, Arizona , is seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their expanding team. This is a permanent position offering strong clinical mentorship and a supportive work environment.
