About The Position

CentraCare is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to work with our Integrated Pain Management clinic in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive pain management services by optimizing medication, physical therapy, behavioral health, lifestyle medicine, neuromodulation, and injections. You will be able to practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative model of care. You will also build a skillset to perform in-clinic injections and develop your interests in this exciting field. You can expect to see patients experiencing chronic neck and back pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, visceral pain, and neuropathic pain.

Requirements

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
• BLS Certification

Nice To Haves

• AGNP certification accepted
• Relevant work experience
