Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for individuals who have experience working with children and believe they can make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism. This position is for In-home or center-based services and requires a candidate who wants to work with children. You will integrate into the environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills, including behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks. We provide Paid Training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and will guide you through the process step by step.
