About The Position

WyldLife is seeking a well-connected parent of an Altona Middle School student to serve as a School Connector. The primary objective of this role is clear and measurable: Build a consistent weekly attendance of 20+ Altona students at WyldLife club. This position focuses on relationship-building, networking, invitation, and removing barriers that prevent students from attending.

Requirements

• Parent or guardian of a current Altona Middle School student.
• Strong relational presence within the school community.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and inviting others.
• Organized and reliable.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, active presence within the Altona community.
• Build and maintain relationships with other parents and stay informed on school activities.
• Personally invite students and families to WyldLife club and follow up with new attendees.
• Help distribute promotional materials and increase awareness of WyldLife.
• Identify students who need rides and coordinate carpools.
• Attend weekly clubs and communicate regularly with the WyldLife Director.
