Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Comfortable with performance-based, commission-driven compensation
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to win and improve
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with clients
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Adaptability, grit, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking and goal-oriented behavior
  • GPA of 2.0 or higher

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within an assigned territory
  • Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Inspect properties and identify pest control and home-protection needs
  • Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager
  • Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins
  • Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives
