The Paid Social Strategist will be responsible for the planning, activation, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns, with a specific focus on the editorial plans of various brands active in multiple countries. They will work closely with the internal media team and the client's creative partner agencies, in order to ensure a consistent and effective brand presence on digital platforms. This will involve close collaboration with the client's marketing departments.

  • Strategic and operational planning of advertising campaigns on social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, etc.
  • Definition of budgets, cost allocation, and estimation of objectives (KPIs) for each editorial plan, in line with the brand's overall strategy.
  • Setup and operational management of campaigns within various Business Managers or ad management platforms.
  • Continuous monitoring of performance and optimization of content, targeting, and budgets to maximize results (Reach and Costs).
  • Post-campaign results analysis and creation of reports with actionable insights for future activity improvement.
  • Coordination and collaboration with creative agencies for the production of editorial plans consistent with agreed objectives.
  • Management of social communication flows, acting as a bridge with media centers/digital hubs to ensure smooth and smart execution of social activities.
  • Monitoring of industry trends and advertising best practices, proposing innovative solutions to enhance brands' online presence.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large-scale budgets.
  • Strong strategic and innovative mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and steer brand presence across dynamic digital landscapes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating integrated social media strategies, seamlessly blending paid media activations with robust organic content planning, editorial calendar management, and community engagement initiatives to build holistic brand narratives.
  • Advanced expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, and TikTok.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
