About The Position

SiaX is looking for a Paid Social Media Strategist to drive the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across search, social, display, video, and app environments. This role goes beyond channel execution — it requires critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to connect paid media performance directly to business growth. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to ensure campaigns are not just optimized, but continuously evolving through innovation, A/B testing, and strategic foresight.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multi-million dollar paid social budgets.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns effectively and connecting them to business outcomes.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks across channels.
  • Ability to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations from reporting.
  • Experience in designing automation and optimization frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for paid media campaigns across search, social, and app channels, ensuring alignment with client business objectives across regions and lines of business.
  • Lead paid social growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms — optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, ROI, and acquisition KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Ad Tech and Product partners to design and scale automation and optimization frameworks using tools such as Meta APIs, Smartly, and custom-built solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to design and run A/B tests, expand campaigns beyond maintenance mode, and unlock new efficiencies and growth levers.
  • Work with creative, analytics, and account teams to integrate paid media seamlessly into broader campaigns and client strategies.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, explaining not just what happened but why — and how we can do more, better.
