What you’ll achieve As a Paid Search Specialist, you will execute paid search strategies, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets to meet business goals. You will work closely with the Paid Search Regional Director and media planning teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and impactful results.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in search engine marketing (minimum 4–5 years), with expertise in platforms like SA350, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives.
• Proven ability to manage or mentor a small team (1–3 members), ensuring compliance with internal processes and operational standards.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Optimize paid search campaigns and manage budgets to achieve KPIs and maximize efficiency.
