The Amazon Business Marketing team is seeking an experienced Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our global Paid Search team. As a Paid Search Marketing Manager for Amazon Business, you will create world class marketing strategies to support our mission to grow Amazon Business globally. You will define, plan, execute, and measure Paid Search (SEM) campaigns that drive customer growth. You will partner with our international marketing teams to support launches of promotions and services. The impact of this role is significant and broad, accounting for a large percentage of our KPIs. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, a great communicator, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This role will be that of a builder (leading expansion into international markets) and refine (enhancing performance across Spanish and English language campaigns, including MX, & CA).
