About The Position

Dandy is hiring a Paid Search Manager to lead and scale our Paid Search program within our high-growth, venture-backed company. This role sits on the Growth team and is responsible for owning our paid search strategy across Google and Bing, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy, build a world class program, and work directly with Sales and Growth Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a digital Paid Media role, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience (Google & Bing required).
  • In-depth knowledge of Paid Search channels & strategy.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling Paid Search campaigns internationally across multiple markets, currencies, and languages.
  • A builder that loves to be hands on and in-platform.
  • Performance marketing & analytical mindset. We are very data-driven!
  • Experience in B2B or B2C high growth tech company.
  • Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value.
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of Dandy’s Paid Search programs across Google and Bing, from campaign structure to bidding strategies, keyword targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment.
  • Build and manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages, tailoring strategy for local market nuances, budgets, and compliance considerations.
  • Manage budgets and performance to monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Develop a robust testing roadmap for ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, continually pushing performance forward through data-driven experiments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Campaign & Creative teams to steadily scale lead generation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to build enhanced reporting and improve channel analysis & optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Website team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
