About The Position

We are looking for an experienced paid search practitioner to audit, restructure, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, Local Service Ads, and lead aggregator programs for a multi-location home services brand. The immediate priority is identifying what is underperforming and correcting it fast. This person will be in the accounts from day one and must be hands-on as you will not have a team supporting you. Contract Details: Rate - $75-80/hr Start - ASAP Contract - 3 months Hours - 40 hrs/week Location - Remote, working EST/CST hours

Requirements

  • 7-10 years hands-on paid search experience
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Local Service Ads
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple locations or franchise brands with significant budgets
  • Familiarity with the home services lead aggregator landscape — Angi, eLocal, and similar platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM or field management software integrations that tie paid media performance to revenue (i.e. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
  • Able to begin making meaningful changes in week one

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan Ads Optimizer a plus — connecting ad spend to booked jobs via ServiceTitan is a priority

Responsibilities

  • Audit current Google Ads account structure across all priority markets — assess quality scores, targeting, bidding strategy, and budget allocation
  • Restructure campaigns by market — separate accounts per location with corrected bidding and zip code targeting optimized for growth
  • Audit and optimize Local Service Ads across all locations — assess current volume, identify gaps, and build the signals needed to grow LSA lead flow
  • Assess how current paid search agency relationships are set up — targets, budget parameters, and working dynamics
  • Evaluate Angi, eLocal, and other lead aggregator performance — identify gaps and test additional platforms relevant to the home services category
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan Ads Optimizer a plus — connecting ad spend to booked jobs via ServiceTitan is a priority
  • Monitor the impact of AI-driven search changes — Google AI Overviews and Performance Max — and adapt campaigns accordingly
  • Report weekly on leads, cost per lead, quality scores, and return on ad spend by location
