The Paid Media Planning and Account Strategy Lead will play a critical leadership role on the paid media team and across the organization. As we continue to expand our paid media business, we are looking for someone who is well versed in account management, media planning and strategy to deliver high quality outcomes for our financial and professional services clients. In this role, you are expected to have the skills and behaviors needed to up-level client work, build culture and drive growth for the firm. While you should be a big-picture thinker, you also need to be able to lead and inspire account teams to turn big ideas into action. Most of all, you need to be an incredible people manager who enjoys developing and mentoring junior staff—a critical aspect of our growing team.
