Centerfield is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and versatile Intern with an interest in digital advertising to join our Media Buying team. You will be responsible for helping the media buying team with daily tasks and activities and will learn how to manage paid search campaigns from the best in the business. This position will start as a paid internship with the potential to go full-time upon graduation. Our summer internship applications are open until April 1, 2026, then we will close the posting. Requirements

  • Rising seniors or new graduates who will be finishing their degree in Spring 2026
  • Highly analytical when looking at KPIs, trends, campaign stats, etc.
  • Exhibit flexibility in helping with multiple tasks for different team members
  • Creative, entrepreneurial thinkers with strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge or understanding of SEM, Google Ads, and/or Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge in applied statistics and/or applied math
  • Working knowledge of Excel– ability to complete VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Eagerness to learn! Someone who wants to jump in and learn new skills and immediately apply them to real world business problems
  • You have an interest in digital marketing or advertising and are eager to learn more about Centerfield’s industry!
  • You are local to our Playa Vista HQ and are willing to come into the office 3 days a week!

Responsibilities

  • Support Centerfield’s Media Buyers on paid search campaigns from setup and monitoring to daily maintenance and optimization
  • Help identify and resolve issues that negatively impact campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research for optimization — add new keywords or eliminate underperforming keywords
  • Run daily and weekly performance reports and work with media buyers to produce campaign recap and verification reports for clients as needed
  • Help execute PPC campaigns; account setup, uploading keywords, ad creatives & ad extensions, strategy & tactical development, and organization
  • Utilize Excel (become an expert in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
