We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Director to lead our performance marketing initiatives for a fast-growing CPG brand in the outdoor and sporting goods space. You'll own the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Amazon, and Connected TV via MNTN—driving awareness, conversions, and loyalty among our community of adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts.
