About The Position

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as trainees in our dealer school. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive training program to become skilled table game dealers, paving the way for a successful career on the casino floor.

Requirements

• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to learn and adhere to gaming regulations and company policies
• Must be age 21

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in dealer school classes to learn the rules, procedures, and techniques of dealing poker and other table games.
• Master the art of shuffling, dealing, and managing chips effectively.
• Develop a strong understanding of game variations and house rules.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling guest interactions and maintaining a positive gaming atmosphere with Family-Style Service.
