About The Position
Macomb Post Acute Care Center is offering a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program designed for individuals looking to start a career in healthcare. This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience in a skilled nursing setting. Participants will gain the skills and experience needed to sit for state certification while earning pay during the training process. The program has no cost to attend as tuition is fully covered. Paid clinical training is provided at $15.50/hour, offering hands-on experience working directly with residents, approximately 40 hours per week during training. Upon successful certification, there is an opportunity for full-time employment with a starting rate of $19.50/hour as a Certified Nursing Assistant, along with access to a full benefits package for eligible employees.
