About The Position
Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is hiring individuals interested in beginning a career in healthcare. No prior experience is required-paid training is provided. This position is designed for candidates who want to learn while working in a skilled nursing environment. You will gain hands-on experience supporting residents and develop the skills needed for a long-term role in patient care. Paid training at $17.00/hour while you learn Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week (flexibility required) This opportunity is ideal for individuals exploring paid CNA training, nursing assistant roles, or entry-level healthcare positions . As you gain experience and complete training requirements, you will have the opportunity to pursue state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) . Employees who successfully complete training and obtain certification are eligible for full-time positions with benefits , with starting pay at $19.00/hour .
