About The Position

Four15 Digital is hiring multiple Paid Media Associates to join our Walnut Creek team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll get a world-class introduction to online marketing while working alongside other interns and associates who are just as driven as you.

Requirements

• Recent grads, career changers, or anyone curious about digital marketing.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in Long Beach.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of Google Ads and Facebook Ads from industry experts.
• Collaborate with peers on campaigns, testing, and performance optimizations.
• Gain exposure to the tools, reporting, and strategies used by top digital marketers.
• Develop professional skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
