The Paid Ads Manager will own MX’s paid digital acquisition and demand influence strategy, with a focus on enterprise financial institution (FI) buyers and long-cycle, multi-stakeholder purchase motions. This role is accountable for driving efficient pipeline creation through precision targeting, retargeting, and high-intent search, ensuring MX reaches the right personas with the right message at the right moment across the buyer journey. This position serves as the dedicated owner of paid media execution and optimization, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to turn paid channels into a scalable, measurable pipeline engine.
