About The Position
This is a requisition for employment at the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO)/Regional Office of the World Health Organization (WHO). A PAHO Consultant may be engaged on a full-time or part-time basis for the purpose of performing a specific time-limited piece of work for PAHO in a technical advisory capacity or consultative capacity. The Consultant will be a key member of the KM team within the Department of Evidence and Intelligence for Action in Health (EIH), Science and Knowledge for Impact Unit (SK). The Consultant will provide support to the management of the editorial and production flow of the Pan American Journal of Public Health (RVSP/PAJPH). The Journal is open access and publishes manuscripts following a continuous publication model. Papers are peer-reviewed and published manuscripts are indexed into major international scientific databases.
