Pad Print Operator

ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Pad Printing Operator for a supplier to Tier 1 and 2 automotive companies located in New Baltimore, MI. This position is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the pad printing process, which is essential for meeting the high standards of the automotive industry. The Pad Printing Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating the pad printing press, making necessary adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, and production speed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ink properties and printing plate requirements, demonstrating a commitment to producing high-quality work. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the operator will need to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process. The position operates on a 2nd shift starting at 2:45 PM and a 3rd shift starting at 10:45 PM, making it essential for candidates to be flexible with their working hours.
