The role you'll contribute: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The value you'll bring to the team: + Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. + Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments. + Other duties as assigned. + Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment. + Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. + Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. + Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly. + Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. + Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery. + Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status. + Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care. + Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.

Requirements

Associate's of Nursing Required
Registered Nurse (RN) Required
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
Work Experience Required

Bachelor's of Nursing Preferred
