About The Position
The Senior Social Worker position at the Perry CBOC is a clinical role within the Primary Care Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) that focuses on assessing and treating complex psychosocial issues faced by Veterans and their families. The incumbent will utilize advanced social work skills to address barriers to care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide comprehensive support to enhance the well-being of Veterans. This role also includes administrative responsibilities, professional development, and participation in facility committees.
