About The Position

We’re looking for a PACS Implementation Engineer to join Sectra. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years of experience in system deployment, configuration, or technical implementation within healthcare IT. You’ll play a critical role in installing, configuring, and optimizing Sectra’s Enterprise Imaging solutions, helping hospitals and health systems deliver better care through smarter technology. You will begin in our Technical Development Program to gain Sectra product knowledge and technical foundations. From there, you’ll transition into a project portfolio role, working directly with healthcare customers on meaningful integration challenges.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in system deployment, configuration, or technical implementation within healthcare IT

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute deployments of Sectra’s Enterprise Imaging software, databases, and related tools
• Configure integrations with third-party systems including PACS, EMRs, modalities, dictation systems, and AI platforms
• Collaborate with project managers, healthcare IT teams, and customers to ensure successful implementations
• Support and lead data migration activities during project transitions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform diagnostics remotely or on-site
• Deliver technical training sessions and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within deployment processes
• Occasionally work outside of standard hours to support go-lives and critical implementations
