Requirements

  • Minimum (1) years of Customer Service preferred
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and unique work environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Strong planning and organization skills with a sharp eye for attention to detail
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to various job sites

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team to help clients downsize, relocate, and liquidate items.
  • Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in homes or senior living communities.
  • Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal, or cleanout.
  • Use handheld devices to photograph, describe, and list items for resale.
  • Research, organize, label, and handle items for online or in-person sales.
  • Assist buyers during on-site pickups and sales.
  • Perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, packing/unpacking, and climbing stairs.
  • Transport supplies, items, and moving boxes within homes or outbuildings.
  • Must have a cell phone capable of using CT apps.
  • Follow best practices, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
