We are hiring dependable Packaging Team Members to join our production team on 1st and 2nd shift . This position works in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to multitask while packaging carts accurately and preparing them for shipment. What You’ll Do Package and prepare carts for shipment Ensure carts are fully dried and properly packed Inspect finished carts for accuracy and quality Transport completed carts to the shipping area Move between tasks and work areas as needed Follow all safety and quality standards What We’re Looking For Ability to work in a fast paced, multi tasking environment Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift 5–20 lbs and push/pull carts as required Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Physical Requirements Standing for most of the shift Walking throughout the workday Repetitive hand motions and pushing/pulling carts 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts Days Off: Rotating days off each week What we can offer you as a full-time associate: Competitive pay Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Program (PTO) 401(k) w/Employer Match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Medical, Dental, and Vision Programs Basic Life/AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability (LTD) Why work for Novo Health Services?
