Your Role in Synergy's Success Position Summary: As a Packaging Operator I, you’ll join a hands-on, team oriented environment where you help turn batches of flavors into finished products. Working side-by-side with Batch Compounders, you’ll package items safely and accurately while keeping production moving smoothly. You’ll handle equipment, apply correct labels, and ensure each order is filled just right.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.
• Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.
• Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear required PPE.
• Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Record production and other data accurately on specified forms and documents
• Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials efficiently.
• Learn and understand food safety concepts and their importance in making our products.
• Promptly observe and clearly communicate food or other product quality matters to Shift Leads or Management.
• Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.
• Consistently perform and complete assigned duties without errors or other defects.
