Primarily responsible for operating specific equipment. Set up and operate assigned equipment, ensuring production line starts on schedule. Examine product and identify any defects. Complete daily HACCP documentation and reports as required. Keep your assigned area clean and free of debris. All other relevant duties to the job. Safety is of the utmost importance; ability to adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, while ensuring all team members around you are also following the safety guidelines. Assist in developing and coaching other team members.
