Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED. Basic math and counting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and packing slips.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages as needed.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with safety and qaulity standards in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and prepare appropriate packaging materials based on order requirements.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Follow packing specifications and standard operating procedures. Label packages with accurate shipping and product information.
- Collaborate with shipping and warehouse teams to meet daily shipment goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
