About The Position

Our Packing & Shipping department is seeking a Packing Material Coordinator to support daily operations by staging products, coordinating with production teams, and keeping packing workflows on track. We Build Brands. You Build Your Career. What you'll be doing: Use the ERP system and shop prints to review work orders and ensure all items required to be packed together are collected and staged. Communicate with factory work centers to determine the completion status of missing or incomplete product needed for packing. Retrieve product from factory locations and deliver it to the packing staging area. Report status updates to the Team Leader when product is missing, require rework, or has quality issues, providing clear details to support timely resolution. Perform additional packing tasks as assigned by the Team Leader/Supervisor. What we're looking for: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum one year's experience working in a shop-floor department or in an administrative role requiring knowledge of work orders and the factory schedule Communicates effectively with team members and leadership while maintaining clear, accurate documentation to support smooth and accurate operations.
