Packing Generalist - Warehouse 2

Location: Ephrata, PA (approximately 20 minutes from Reading and Lancaster) Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday Pay : $21.00/hour Your Role - Packing Generalist Prioritize safety to ensure everyone returns home to their families after each shift. Operate a variety of equipment, including high lift (high reach truck), electric pallet jack, center ride, pacer, and more. Utilize warehouse management, RF Smart, Vocollect systems to complete assigned tasks. Replenish pick slots, restock racks, pick orders, perform breakdowns, and load/unload and receive trailers. Serve as coverage for the Packing Line Lead and work on the line, when needed. Contribute to quality and inventory initiatives, as well as other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Previous high lift (reach truck) experience required.
- A commitment to safety.
- Ability to problem solve and work as a team player.
- Adaptability to shift tasks based on business needs, with some shifts offering more variety.
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs. above your head, stand and walk throughout the entire shift, and work in a cold storage environment (approximately 32-34 degrees).
- Able to work past the end of the shift if work needs to be completed.
