Job Description Core Responsibilities · Update and maintain data, records and documents of the production area. · Diverse office activities (e.g.: printing of formats and documents, elaboration of necessary documentation for the department, updating information in production boards, elaborate presentations, etc). · Keep the privacy of information and documents. · Effective communication with fellows. · In terms of critical decision making must request support from immediate supervisor. · Provide support to area leaders. · Provide support to area Team Coordinators · Comply with SOP’s (Standard Operation Procedures) and work instructions. Requirements High school or technical career in data processing or not finished career. · 2 years of working experience in manufacturing companies. · Intermediate PC knowledge. · Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Use of Excel is a must. · Knowledge in 5S, Health and Safety. · Teamwork, proactive, self-driven, positive attitude, organized, communication. · Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities · Thrives and contributes best in a team setting · SAP Experience · Experience placing Pos and communication with vendors. · Sharing information and reports to Manager and Director levels.
