Your mission as a Pack-Out & Fire Technician is to ensure the safe and efficient handling of contents, delivering clean, deodorized, and undamaged items to our valued clients, helping them restore their lives and belongings. Results You'll Generate: 1. Contents are clean, deodorized, packed, and moved without damage, providing peace of mind to our clients. 2. The process is followed and the job is done efficiently. 3. The warehouse is clean and organized, and all client's contents are well-organized and labeled, facilitating efficient retrieval and storage.   • Time management to meet deadlines for billing and deliverables.
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during pack-out operations.
  • Reliability and accountability in delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Following pack-out procedures and maintaining high standards.
  • Helping to organize and maintain a clean warehouse with proper labeling.
  • Following safety protocols for the team's and clients' protection.
  • Communicating effectively and maintaining accurate documentation.
