About The Position
Position Description: Repack butter products into designated packaging based on customer and company specifications Inspect items for quality, correct labeling, and expiration dates before repacking Weigh, seal, and label repacked products according to standard operating procedures Maintain clean and organized workstations while following food safety and sanitation protocols Communicate with team leads and supervisors regarding product shortages, damages, or quality issues Work in a cold storage environment (freezer/cooler) for extended periods Follow all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment when required
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Must be comfortable working in cold storage conditions (freezer or cooler settings)
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot labeling or packaging errors
- Basic English communication skills (ESL friendly with high fluency)
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
