Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience (picker/packer preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Nice To Haves

• Lead or supervisory experience
• Experience in a 3PL or fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Use warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
• Assist with training and supporting other associates as needed
• Step in to resolve issues and keep workflow moving
