As a mover, you'll assist the driver in efficiently and safely handling household and commercial goods. Your responsibilities will include packing, loading, delivering, and participating in commercial relocations, ensuring that each item is wrapped and secured properly to prevent damage during transit. While prior experience is preferred, our comprehensive training program is designed to help newcomers thrive in the moving industry. Requirements

Strong communication skills
Interact effectively with both co-workers and customers in English
Good listener, able to follow instructions for optimal customer service
Problem-solving abilities
Physical stamina is required, as you will regularly lift and move objects ranging from 10-50 lbs., and occasionally over 100 lbs
Physical agility, including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and even climbing
Adaptable to varying temperatures throughout the seasons
Adherence to Uni-group agency compliance guidelines is essential
Must pass a background check and drug testing upon hiring and during their tenure
