Requirements

• A minimum of (1) one year's experience in Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer.
• Cross-trained skills across multiple departments - inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping, receiving.
• Experience preparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy utilizing computer, shipping label and/or packing list.
• Experience safely operating an Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scan Gun, or willingness to be trained to use this equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 90% of the shift.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Order Picker, Quality Control, Material Handler, Fulfillment, Inbound, Outbound, Loader/Unloader, Shipping, Receiving, Packing, Picking.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack customer orders ensuring the correct number and product is loaded and shipped.
• Verify that the entire order picked matches the packing slip.
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing manual material handling equipment.
• Repack and weigh orders that require special handling.
• Select applicable packaging (box/container) for the order. Insert applicable packaging material, construct and seal once completed. Affix packaging label to the outside of the package.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly and safe work area.
