About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Packer to join our production team. This role is responsible for counting, inspecting, and packing finished parts into prepack boxes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safe work practices. Responsibilities
- Set up the box machine for larger‑sized boxes.
- Configure and operate the automatic label machine to apply all required information (part numbers, heat numbers, etc.).
- Count and place predetermined quantities of finished parts into prepack boxes.
- Arrange packed boxes neatly on skids for strapping by others.
- Visually inspect parts for defects such as torn threads, cracks, missing markings, or burrs.
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
